How the build works
- Planning and budget. We review your lot, plans and must-haves, then build a realistic budget.
- Design and permits. Final plans, engineering and permit approval.
- Foundation and framing. Engineered foundation, then framing, roof and windows to dry the house in.
- Mechanicals. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-ins with inspections.
- Finishes. Drywall, cabinets, counters, flooring, paint and fixtures.
- Walkthrough and move-in. A detailed punch list and a home you are proud of.
